SCAM ALERT

Fraudsters calling customers impersonating the bank.

Stay vigilant

Fraudsters are calling customers pretending to be from the bank. We haven't been contacting customers about the global IT incident.

Fraudsters are trying to trick customers into giving out their account details. This could include card details, PIN codes and login information.

Don’t be rushed and stay in control of your account. Follow these steps to keep yourself safe:

  • Never move your money at the request of an unexpected caller over the phone
  • Don't disclose your full PIN, password, or payment codes to anyone over the phone
  • Don't give anyone remote access to your computer. Some signs that this may have happened include your mouse moving on the screen without your input/involuntarily or your screen suddenly going blank
  • Don't download software on the instruction of others as this can be used by fraudsters

If you think you have been targeted by fraudsters, hang up and contact us immediately using a different device. Please contact us using the number on the back of your card or one of our published numbers.
